•Business partner for strategic sourcing, information technology, tax, and logistics. Result: Maintained forecasted employee numbers in conjunction with established budgetary guidelines. •Executed recruitment strategy for four client groups. Instead of CNH using outside recruitment sources, the HR department worked directly with one or two major recruiters to provide best practice. We developed a questionnaire for the mangers to fill out every detail of the position their were hiring and simplifying the whole hiring process. Result: Reduced hiring cycle time by 30% •Instrumental in implementing the HRMS. Result: Successful and complete •Reorganization/realignment of all client groups. •Conducted various training seminars. Result: Improved communications regarding various policies and procedures as well as diversity understanding from all employees throughout the organization. •Worked with tax department on GPS, Smart Stream, and Tax Stream operating systems. Result: Improved self knowledge of tax initiatives and operating systems used to process company wide invoices and payment approval. •Assisted in the development of Excel tracking system to capture expenses of temp hires. Result: encompassed agency, duration of assignment, location (global), amount paid total and amount paid to employee per hour.
