REGIONAL SCHEDULER, G4S Compliance and Investigations (formerly MJM Investigations), 2007 to Present • Effectively communicated company scheduling requirements, efficiency, & company scheduling goals • Worked closely with Regional Field Managers on schedules, billable work, audits, training, etc • Provided and responded to weekly updates and scorecard production on goals and team performance • Researched and identified methods to improve scheduling efficiency, communication, and expenses CLAIMS CASE MANAGER, MJM Investigations, Incorporated, Raleigh, North Carolina, 2006 to 2007 • Utilized independent judgment to define and confirm client objectives on all investigative referrals • Served as a consultant to the client, utilizing discretion to assist in the development & implementation of an efficient, effective, & ethical investigation of insurance claims after being provided with guidelines regarding MJM’s company policies on privacy and ethics to assist in the completion of the requirement • Provided guidance and support to the MJM Field Investigator during the completion of investigations • Oversaw the final quality control of all completed investigative work prior to the delivery to the client • Responded to & resolved client concerns regarding investigative work performed under case managers • Generated reopen sales and additional sales revenue after the client’s authorization for investigation • Continuously monitored the various eflow categories to ensure timely and efficient processing of the work product through the various production stages, including the daily review of all eflow categories COIN / ASIN VENDED CASE MANAGER, MJM Investigations, Incorporated, Raleigh, NC, 2005-2006 • Served as the main point of contact between assigned vended companies and MJM’s second largest account on vended assignments; met specific service level agreements as set forth by client companies • Provided feedback and made recommendations to management, internal staff, and client companies in regards to which vendors provided the best service to ensure client satisfaction and to reduce costs • Audited compliance issues of associated vendors via internal reports that were run on a daily basis • Managed an inventory load of 150 plus cases at a time, encompassing up to $170,000 in revenue • Proofed and edited vendor reports and invoices, generated client invoices, and ensured proper billing • Oversaw the daily operations of the department & directed the workflow of an assistant case manager ASSISTANT CASE MANAGER, MJM Investigations, Incorporated, Raleigh, North Carolina, 2004-2005 • Served as a liaison between clients who assigned investigations and the field staff who conducted them • Coordinated resources to keep track of the ongoing investigations and the reports in processing • Developed an understanding of insurance and investigative strategies needed to collect facts VENDOR COMPLIANCE / A/P SPECIALIST, MJM Investigations, Incorporated, Raleigh, NC, 2003-2004 • Followed-up with vendors that were out of compliance for any reason, compared dynamics with Viper reporting and reconciliations, reviewed statements from vendors, & fielded collection calls from vendors • Facilitated financial reports, including month end vended revenue reports to aid in financial analysis • Conducted financial audits as necessary and provided assistance to the financial analyst • QUALITY ASSURANCE COORDINATOR, MJM Investigations, Incorporated, Raleigh, NC, 2002-2003
