Daily Duties at We Energies:

Provide daily consultation to the Customer Service Business Unit of the Company. This unit was comprised of 500 represented employees and 200 salried employees. The unions representing the hourly employees included the IBEW, PACE, and USW. My consulation duties included the following HR functions: employee and labor relations; performance management;staffing plans(long and short term); succession planning; salary and bonus adminstration; and investigations of injury on duty, EEO claims, and other allegations that violated Company policy. This was done in a de-centralized HR model and I utilized Corporate HR SME's for support as needed.
