Daily Duties at At&T Government Solutions:

• Oversaw System Engineering Integrated Product Lead (IPT) for the US Army’s Live Training Research & Development Effort; responsible for leading system requirements analysis, architecture (system design) and high-level software and hardware design efforts. Coordinated staff of over 40 engineers. • Led/Coordinated efforts of a geographically dispersed subcontractor team to develop a live training solution for direct and indirect fire weapon systems including weapon/target pairings. • Interfaced with stakeholders and customer requirements processes as needed, ensured logical and systematic conversion of requirements into systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. • Provided recommendations of software technologies, techniques or products as appropriate or requested • Coordinated the development of process models (behavior analysis) and architecture framework analysis • Contributed to winning architecture and system concept proposals for a multi-year, large-scale contract. • Led architecture effort for a wide-scale, distributed, network centric live training architecture and trade-off analysis for hardware and software components resulting in successful make/buy decisions. • Developed all necessary architecture views using DoDAF for a successful Milestone B decision (DoD 5000.2). • Served as Software Lead for the Advanced Robotics Science & Technology Objective (STO) contract; responsible for leading design and implementation of three-tiered control strategy for fully autonomous vehicles. • Supported new business development in the areas of behaviors, cognitive architectures, robotics, and live training systems.
