Daily Duties at At&T Government Solutions:

• Led and coordinated three Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) (Software, Systems Engineering, and Integration & Test) for a multi-year project for live training for unmanned platforms. • Interfaced with team members, stakeholders and management to anticipate and manage project changes, such as but not limited to, technical requirements, business requirements and schedule. Determined when additional resources are needed. • Identified or gathers information regarding possible solutions that may create additional, different or unique project objectives or results. • Developed System/Software Architecture Lead services for a SOA-based architecture • Served as customer liaison for all technical management issues; briefing customers monthly on team performance. • Created architecture for live training system to interface/interact with manned ground vehicle’s (MGV) active protection system (APS). • Led Integrated Master Schedule and WBS development for a multi-year software development project, including the development of staffing and resource plans based on analysis of project scope.
