Daily Duties at Nve, Inc. :

Manage contract at Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Transportation Systems Integration Facility (TSIF) operations; provide technical expertise to identify and resolve issues. * Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for mechanical systems including: -- Pneumatics -- Electrical switch gear/panels/VFD -- Boiler systems (VAV-boxes-Fan coils) -- Air condition system (HVAC) -- Chiller equipment -- Fire alarm and safety -- Interior and exterior lighting * Analyze and monitor expenditures to ensure streamlined operations within budget. * Schedule weekly work assignments for contractors, subcontractors, equipment maintenance and custodial personnel; oversee and approve time and attendance sheets. * Regularly attend all-inclusive progress meetings for major projects including facilities remodeling. * Generate proposals, ROM’s, equipment reports, and weekly reports to provide audit trail utilizing excellent written communications skills. * Supervise building and maintenance engineers; act as subject matter expert to quickly identify, circumvent and/or resolve equipment issues.
