Daily Duties at L'oreal Usa :
Provide intelligent, fast-paced, competent and strategic assistance in support of sales operations. Conceptualize plans to deliver outstanding sales results by directing high-level projects for five top brands within the salon products division. Develop effective procedures, enhancing business practices, leading to an increase in overall sales. Supervise quarterly distributor promotions, communications, and inventory allocations. Provide support to enhance accounting, customer care, shipping, and sales. Perform sales and marketing analysis for aggressive product launches. Improve and devise continuous training. Mentor sales coordinators in regard to sales operations, aligning their efforts with company goals. Cultivate and cement relationships with high-end customers. Key in facilitating national and regional meetings for sales teams.
