Daily Duties at Saint Gobain Corporation :
Managed 2 separate plants; one at Fort Smith, Arkansas and the other one at Bauxite, Arkansas which was the mining location. I was responsible for all recruiting and hiring of both salaried and hourly. Maintained HR departmental annual budget. Responsible for all employee relations, investigations, terminations, benefits, etc. Also worked on special projects such as wage surveys and training. Worked with University of Arkansas to bring in 33 Venezuelans for training to start up new plant in Venezuela. This project involved all aspects of their visit, including meals, living quarters, entertainment, medical visits, per-diam, etc.
