Daily Duties at Devry University:
Responsible for all daily activity at the Philadelphia Campus Helpdesk Maintained the Cisco VOIP telephone system Train and schedule the Philadelphia campus’s I.T. student workers Maintain and update all images and software on the computers in the Philadelphia campus Worked extensively with Symantec Ghost Cast and imaging systems Extensive Active Directory work Responsible for cable management on all work stations and servers Maintained a “Students first” atmosphere of excellent customer service Responsible for troubleshooting a variety of problems in Windows XP, Windows 7 Office 07, and a variety of educational and non educational proprietary software. Kept accurate records of all our software licensing information Create and maintain accurate computer inventory Responsible for creating and closing trouble tickets in the Remedy system a timely manner Maintained accurate network diagrams of all equipment and servers
