•Participated in selection of imaging solution for desktops and laptops •Point of contact for vendor support of desktops and laptops •Provided support for Altiris and Symantec Endpoint Protection •Active Directory management for computer and user administration •Hands-on, remote and third level technical support for over 1500 users using Windows 7, Vista, and XP using terminal services and Landesk •Tested and approved new software for workstations and servers •Built and supported Windows 2003 servers both physical and in VmWare •Provided support for Citrix user connections and published applications to the presentation server
