•Active Directory management for computer and user administration •Manage Symantec Antivirus and firewall •Blackberry Enterprise management for users cell phones •Hands-on, remote and second level technical support for over 300 Windows XP users including 3rd party software issues •Manage workstation image technology and server maintenance •Use Microsoft SMS server to install software and updates
