Directed, reviewed and approved daily activities of the employee payable clerks and the on-site travel, meeting and events department totaling 9 direct and 16 indirect reports. Constantly developed and implemented process improvements for employee payable resulting in faster reimbursement turnaround, reduction in submission of outstanding expense reports and better utilization of unused air line tickets. Directed and negotiated with global travel vendors (airline/rental car/hotels), corporate on-site cafeteria services and the American Express credit card program to create cost savings and service upgrades.
