Daily Duties at Raytheon/Trs/Hughes:
My positions included both key management and technical positions that spanned four different business areas. The primary responsibilities were focused on providing high quality software that meets customer requirements and schedule milestones. This entails review and approval of all software designs as the Software Technical Director on three major programs, leading the software build integration plan on three major programs, leading tiger teams to solve difficult software/system problems, leading on-site software installation and sell-off.
