1996-2005 Philadelphia Gas Works, Philadelphia PA Supply Analyst (Energy Planning Department) 2002-2005 - Developed and maintained Excel models that were used to assist in the preparation of city and state data requirements. - Prepared monthly flash estimates of natural gas supplies and cost. - Managed/operated legacy and windows based systems that predicted cost, temperature and various natural gas supply patterns. - Maintained historical database on pipeline contracts, rates, supplies, curtailments, annual/seasonal allocation plans, etc. Transportation Coordinator (Gas Supply and Transportation Department) 2000-2002 - Coordinated the efficient shipment of the natural gas requirements of the company’s gas transport customers. - Arranged pipeline routing to accomplish delivery to PGW's gate stations of volumes purchased for system supply by the Gas Buyer. - Issued reports and communicated gas transportation data concerning various interruptible rate classes. Rate Analyst (Rates & Tariff Department) 1999-2000 - Analyzed rates and rate designs for all customer classes. - Compared and analyze rates for customers, other company departments and management. - Participated in preparation of cost-of-service study as well as other regulatory studies. Analyst (Gas Acquisition Department) 1996-1999 - Coordinated various spreadsheet analysis assignments. - Created and maintained several databases that included spot gas prices and daily NYMEX information. - Maintained and operated Excel models that provided natural gas supply information and cost forecasting for use in operational and corporate decision-making.
