Applied a blend of diplomacy and professionalism in assuring compliance with NYSE mandates, satisfying corporate policy, and supporting retention of customer accounts. •Identified and analyzed trends impacting the company's risk exposure. Collaborated with Client Relations Department in establishing measures effective in mitigating risk
