Daily Duties at The Birmingham News:
Managed the Packaging and Distribution department that had 125 employees that consisted of 12 shift supervisors, 35 union mailers and 75 part-time employees running 3 shifts each day seven days a week. I planned all production and scheduling for the department handled all employee appraisals that including hiring and any discipinary action plus from time to time involving EEOC charges brought against myself. Basicly, anything that involved the department I was handled accountable.
