Daily Duties at United States Army:

•Responsible for performing a full range of Airfield Operations functions. •These responsibilities included but were not limited to maintaining current files on aircraft flying regulations and navigation information, such as Army Department of Defense and Federal Aviation Administrative regulations, Department of Defense flight information publications and aeronautical charts. •I safeguarded classified material. •Insured security procedures and regulations were strictly adhered to in the processing of sensitive material. •Provided proper maintenance and disposition of individual flight records and functional files. •Prepared a wide range of correspondence to include letters, memoranda, forms and reports for signature. •Responsible for preparing monthly Flight-Pay memo and ensuring proper signature was received. •Assisted in researching database and necessary files to ensure proper amount of Flight-Pay was authorized. •Acted as the liaison and point of contact between Airfield Operations and Finance Office for Flight-Pay memo. •Maintained accurate, up-to-date confidential office files, logs and records in accordance with Army regulations to ensure satisfactory inspection results. •Prepared and maintained publication orders for a variety of actions. •Controlled access to aircraft and building entrance. •I Maintained and improved key control and records. •Operated key control in excess of 10,000,000. •Frequently participated in manning Operations alone. •Supervised soldiers •Attended weekly meetings held by Airfield Commander
