Daily Duties at United Way Of Central Maryland, Inc.:
Reported to CEO with initial charge to build a state-of-the-art system of human resource policies, procedures and programs in response to new CEO's strategic direction to grow revenue and expand the business model. Developed staffing plan projecting growth and expansion, impacting more than two-thirds FTEs. Designed performance management system incorporating coaching component to include measures for success, change management, succession planning. Developed talent recruitment plan including behavioral-based competency models incorporated in perf. management and career tracks. (3 direct reports)
