Strategic business partner to CEO and management expanding my role to include organization development to build deeper relationship capacity as result of new business model. Aligned HR/OD strategies during transformation to new business model. Rebuilt employer brand and modified core competency models, leveraged compensation with market-driven program and shared/individualized bonsuses, and enhanced training & development program ensuring evaluation and return on investment. Coached managers on change management initiatives and communications. Advisor on HR professional, technicalissues and employee relations. Recent consecutive years of decreasing revenue shifted focus to budget reductions. (2-3 direct reports)
