-Facilitate classroom learning during new hire orientation for classes up to twenty five individuals -Develop training outlines and recommendations as part of the pre-training assessment -Deliver cross training to groups of associates to support internal development -Supply soft skills training to associates as a way to enhance employee satisfaction -Provide technical training to financial advisors and staff as part of their continuing education -Lead team meetings on specific learning topics such as Bloom’s Taxonomy -Administer data conferencing sessions for vendor associates -Design and develop various training modules encompassing a wide range of topics -Lead usability calibration meetings for team members -Review e-learning and classroom materials for technicality and usability issues -Mentor department leaders and fellow trainers to strengthen their training abilities -Provide one-on-one coaching support after training completion -Perform administrative functions necessary to support classroom learning -Develop job aids and other learning tools to aid in training retention -Evaluate training by providing the learner an outlet for feedback
