Daily Duties at Coconut Grove Hotels:
1. Supervise fifty (50) employees in my department and provide in-service training to staff. 2. Supervise the operations of 8 conference halls with seating capacity between 5 to 320 guests and open space environment capable of seating 500 persons for outdoor events. 3. Liaised with partner hotels and tour operators to recruit more guests 4. Participate in the development and monitering of staff development. 5. Improve revenue and reduction of costs. 6. Responsible for the overal operations of Food and beverage, conference, front office and accounts.
