Daily Duties at Mc Quay International:
Provide prompt, accurate response to McQuay sales representatives, end-users and contractors inquiries regarding technical support for integrating McQuay equipment into Building Automation Systems, HVAC system controllers, and equipment unit controllers. Engineer and test custom unit controller application software. Test communication protocol for development of new products. Assist Marketing for development of new products and solving customer issues. Prepares technical literature for internal and field applications. Participate in product training of sales representatives. Continuous improvement on new products and other general information of interest to customers.
