Utilized deep product knowledge and ability to quickly understand client business processes and procedures to ensure successful implementations at client sites. Gathered requirements and wrote site-specific specifications through requirements and design meetings. Conducted gap analysis and worked through testing issues and assisted team through key milestones, including UAT, escalations, managing resources and production emergencies. Conducted status meetings with client and development teams to guarantee issues are resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
