Daily Duties at Jorge Scientific Corpration:

Provide senior level program management of individual or major task(s) of government contracts. • Supervise the research, analysis, design, development, installation and testing of integrated systems to ensure conformity to functional specifications and requirements. To include IEEE/EIA 12207, OOA, OOD and UML. • Direct requirements analysis and validation to determine performance requirements, functional analysis and verification to translate concepts into design criteria, synthesis of requirements into product solutions and modeling to evaluate functional architecture and design solutions. • Oversee tradeoff studies, the identification of alternative design approaches and implications thereof and the development of innovative solutions to complex problems. • Supervise the preparation of engineering standards, procedures and detailed engineering packages, including specifications, drawings, interface and technical documents. • Utilize computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks, including the development and integration of industrial processes. • Supervise the design, development and conduct of tests to evaluate systems/equipment for compliance to specifications and adherence to safety criteria. • Direct the operation, maintenance, repair and testing of equipment and systems in field installations. • Oversee special research or technical studies critical to support functions, utilizing computer techniques for analysis or simulation. • Oversee planning, direction and coordination of work activity and training of technical staff. . Currently working the GPS SAASM (Selective Availability Anti-Spooking Module) KDP (Key Data Processor) program. Working with designs that utilize Motorola 68000 series processors and a second design that utilizes two ARM processors. . Programming languages used- MSVC 6.0 MSVC 8.0 MASM JAVA Borland C Builder++ WDM- USB driver development Port driver development Windows 2000 DDK- USB driver development Port driver development
