We charged a marketing fee and received a discount off the delivery sales. Hired personnel, set work schedules and trained. Set-up operational systems and procedures: call center scripts, up-selling, driver dispatch, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and payroll tax reporting. Created P&L cash flow and other supporting reports. Managed all sales and marketing activities: brochures, website, on-line ordering, restaurant relations, new customer acquisition.
