Daily Duties at Project Impact Usa:
Managed agency’s health and human service programs; lead and coach teams, ensured organizational procedures and standards were in compliance with ODMH, ODADAS, and DHHS requirements. Ensured effectiveness for organization’s financial functions and provided oversight and coordination of agency data entry, accounts payable, payroll, grant report entry, managing team, and other miscellaneous tasks. Defined corporate culture and mission statement, applied training programs, instituted polices, and program initiatives to meet demand for highly skilled Licensed Independent Social Workers (LISW) and other certified counselors. Navigated complexities of operations through effective staff recruitment, selection, and management of 6 direct and 20 indirect reports that included administrative support staff and therapists. Hired, trained, and lead certified counselors, program managers, and organizational representatives. Planned and facilitated PR efforts that encompassed group seminars, public service announcements, and career fairs. Maintained communications with Board members and shareholders comprised of distinguished business, religious, and educational leaders. Created and applied policies, responded to concerns, and displayed knowledge of labor relations laws associated with ethics and disputes.
