Daily Duties at Portrait Homes:
Motivated and lead sales representatives and operations for a multi-million dollar condominium housing sites. Developed daily and long-term sales plans for optimal time and resource management; applied performance measurement standards, and work as a team to meet or exceed defined quotas. Planned and conducted frequent training sessions to motivate and inspire staff on new and emerging products. Oversaw advertising, marketing, and grounds maintenance teams; in all business plans, programs, and initiatives. Assessed and resolved multiple complex underwriting issues and problems, generated cost-estimates, and prepared purchase agreements. Consulted with customers and compiled sensitive financial information to match with appropriate financing programs to meet needs on a case-by-case basis. Clarified blueprints and home-site plans and maintained positive image of the community and offerings. Prepared and disbursed Good Faith Estimate that disclosed key loan terms, closing costs, and specifications of Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act and Federal Housing Administration guidelines.
