Daily Duties at Health Alliance Plan:
Used the Case Tool, PACBASE to define the business analysis requirements on a HONEYWELL/BULL 9000 SYSTEM. Code, and design test plan, test each module with User signoffs, monitored the implemented product. Was Membership and Billing Team Leader over 20-25 people. Reported Project Status weekly to the EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE. Was responsible for each phase of the project; staffing, estimating, quality control, planning and controlling. Worked closely with the User Departments defining their requirements.
