The Modernization of DLSC at the US FEDERAL CENTER in Battle Creek, MI. USING IBM 3090'S with APS/DB2/COBOL II/CICS/ AND MVS/XA ENVIRONMENT. Perform detailed design and specification writing, screen generation, background task definition, report generation batch and online. The Subsystems were Data Retrieval, Management Statistics, Government/Industry Reference Data, Characteristics Data Management, Provisioning and Screening Master Address Table, and ID Subsystems by coding, testing and flow charting my applications. Languages/Software: Cobol, CICS, Microsoft Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, APS, JCL, WSF2, UCC7, CA7, Easytrieve,, assembler language./ Databases: DB2 Operating Systems: OS/3090 IBM Mainframe, P/C operating systems, PANVALET Design Methodologies: Houston, Warnier-Orr, Top-Down, System Life Cycle
