Daily Duties at State Of Michigan:

Worked on the Teachers Retirement Fund System, analyzing problems, defining proper fixes, implementing changes, as well as documenting the current system. Managed all system requests and problem coordination with the Users helping set their priorities for completion. The documentation was done using Microsoft Word 6.0 and Visio Graphical Support for flow diagrams. Languages/Software: Microsoft Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, VISIO Design Methodologies: Top-Down, System Life Cycle
