Daily Duties at Chrysler Financial:

As the Project Lead for the National Accounts Enhancement Project, the solicitation of outside vendors, through the analysis, design and unit and system testing, and implementation of Capital Loan enhancements supported the National Accounts requirements. As the project lead for the Capital Loan Mexico VAT (Value Added Tax) project, coordination of planning, analysis, design, unit and system testing through implementation were a challenge due to language and cultural barriers. Databases: DB2 / VSAM Operating Systems: ZOS/3090 IBM Mainframe, P/C XP operating system, PANVALET Design Methodologies: Houston, System Life Cycle Led small to major projects for service requests for the Capital Loan System and supported the System in its day-to-day operations. Was responsible for resolving production problems and providing a stable and reliable work environment for the customers. Was responsible for the National Accounts Systems, assisting in the operations and development of the System. Languages/Software: COBOL, CICS, Microsoft Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, VISIO, JCL, WSF2, UCC7, CA7, Easytrieve, Stored Procedures Databases: DB2 / VSAM Operating Systems: ZOS/3090 IBM Mainframe, P/C XP operating systems, PANVALET Design Methodologies: Top-Down, System Life Cycle Analyzed code and implemented service requests for the Capital Loan System and supported the System in its day-to-day operation. Was responsible for resolving production problems and providing a stable reliable work environment for the customers. Assisted with the customers in identifying inconsistencies and help develop solutions. Implemented the conversion of CFC Systems Request Reporting to the HEAT Chrysler REPORTING SYSTEM. Designed, coded and implemented the DEALER TRADES SUBSYSTEM.
