Manage staff and financials, communications, contractors, insurance, and regulatory compliance to maintain multiple complexes and increase value of real estate investments. Monitor and track residential properties performance to support rental initiatives. Recruit, hire, and train staff, develop duties and schedules, and apply performance measurement standards. Plan, coordinate, and facilitate ongoing training sessions to uphold labor relations and conditions of employment as per laws/statues. Review and interpret goals and objectives of work projects while resolving problems for optimal customer service. Make recommendations for changes in instructions and guidelines for overall work efficiencies. Schedule property maintenance services and administer building maintenance projects. Analyze market conditions and negotiate real estate sales contracts. Compose status and financial reports, disburse tenant events and meeting notices, and maintain all documentations. Counsel management staff on budgetary compliance for multi-complexes including strategic planning, contractual services, service level agreements, inter-accounting procedures, space renovations and acquisitions, and planned/emergency infrastructure repair needs. Serve as liaison between building occupants and owners in large, complex and/or combination facilities.
