Guided consulting team delivery resources supporting a profitable $3 million annual revenue stream. Served as client and project manager on numerous successful engagements for IT companies IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, EDS, PeopleSoft, SAP, JD Edwards, and Lawson among others. Responsible for pipeline management, proposal development, pricing negotiations, project management, profitability management, development of survey instruments, respondent interviews, data analysis, and development of actionable recommendations for clients. Significant projects included development of value quantification tools for business applications, total cost of ownership of ERP applications, sales lead generation for multiple software products, and product requirements for web hosting services providers
