Daily Duties at Ethos Partners:
• Developed detailed implementation project/work plan from practice assessment. • Effectively communicated project goals/milestones to all stakeholders • Trainined all levels of employees, ranging from Check-in clerks to Physicians; prepare training material including template workflow, document scanning, and orders. • Daily troubleshooting to resolve software / workflow issues within EMR; triaging issues and coordinating resolutions with vendors • Knowledge of advance EMR template design, software development, conversions, interfaces and upgrades; NextGen EPM/EMR/ICS, file maintenance, system maintenance, system administration, and component modules. • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Technology including Enterprise Manager and SQL Query Analyzer; NextGen Database architecture. • Ability to work effectively with clients and vendors in the developing and implementing EMR systems; write customized reports and write stored procedures and custom database queries.
