Daily Duties at Sutter Health Central Valley Regional Hospital/ Sutter Gould Medical Foundation:
• Streamline and simplify the Contract Allowance and Reserve for Bad Debt calculations enabling us to pass the preparation of this work to a Jr. Accountant and allowing a Sr. Accountant and the Controller to simply review the data. • Participate in preparing monthly financial statements for the Foundation, with Gross Charges of nearly $500 million, by the 7th business day of the following month. • Responsible for preparation of the 2010 Managed Care Revenue Budget by month, plan, and by district. • Prepare quarterly and annual reports to State Agency and assist in Federal Tax Preparation.
