- Manage team of 3 full time and 2 contracting forms designers to service the Group’s operational documentation, printed and electronic forms needs - Manage all traffic, quality and issues register, ensuring SLAs are met - Ownership and ongoing maintenance of forms design, statements, corporate, and quality standards - Develop and ongoing maintenance of concept of operations processes and documentation - Direct interaction with internal clients to take design briefs, and manage design jobs to art approval and liaise with production team, traffic and digital asset management team to manage delivery of items - Design and maintenance of management support tools (including presentations, workshop materials, proposals, and templates) - Assist management in the development and implementation of the team’s business unit plan, ensuring strategic priorities are met - Manage operations team against key performance indicators and measures, and development plan - Project management various bank wide forms design projects such as branding changes, and legislation changes consisting of managing budget and resources, managing client expectations with time line and communication.
