Coordinates all international exports ensuring compliance with licensing regulations by the Department of State (ITAR) and/or Commerce (EAR) depending export classification as military or commercial export. Files for license of the same and completes all correspondence. Assisted with RFP coordination, contract kick-off meetings, contract implementation and financial tracking of contract expenditures Manages the budgeting process for departments with multi-million dollar annual operating budgets Performs forensic cost analysis to generates monthly budget reports detailing actuals and variances
