Daily Duties at Greater Lawrence Mental Health Center:
As Director of acute services,I was responsible or the clinical and administrative direction of a 24 hour crisis team,a family stabilization team a community support program and administrative supervision of the elder abuse hotline.As assisstant director of Emergency Services,I was responsiblefor the daily management of a 24 hour crisis team based in two locations.Duties included interfacing with DMH site and area offices,MBHP,MHMA,(Mass Medicaid carve-outs),commercial insurers and other ocal providers of mental health and substance abuse services.I had also worked as a crisis clinician intervening in behavioral and psychiatric emergencies, completing clinical assessments, arranging for inpatient and outpatient services, and supervising graduate interns and less senior staff.
