Daily Duties at Army Reserve:
Provides advice, technical guidance, and personnel assistance to the Reserve Soldiers in the Command. Managed G1 personnel policy guidance, awards policy, personnel management, evaluation, promotion, personnel accountability, and training to ensure Soldiers readiness. Translated human resources business practices into information system requirements. Apply information technology principles to human resources business processes. Maintained data quality for the human resources database. Maintained a portion of a large database or a module supporting the business process.
