Daily Duties at West Bend Company:
Responsible to the VP of Manufacturing leading a team of 32 employees in a cellular manufacturing environment using the principles of just in time and total quality management. This included development of my departments budget, development of production and quality goals, administration of a bonus pay plan, development and implementation of a pay for skills program, and the adminstration of the safety program in my work group.
