Daily Duties at We Energies:

Perform labor relations duties following a centralized delivery model, reporting to the VP of Human Resources. Negotiate, administrate and interpret six disparate labor agreements. Train supervisors in labor laws, leadership practices and union contract information. Represent company interests during arbitration, worker’s compensation and unemployment hearings.
