Daily Duties at Clearwire:

• Responsible for recruiting and supporting the dealer channel in the N. Miami market. • As Lead IAE Supported the IAE’s by helping them attain their goals, training them and providing them with the necessary tools to be successful. • Responsible for my individual goals as well as a team attainment goal. • Helped the ISM and GM identify and interview candidates for the IAE role in the Miami market. • Successfully manager and overachieved on all assigned objectives in a very short period of time
