Daily Duties at Castrol India :

• Keeping track on the buying pattern of the customers and follow up with sales using CRM application. • Handling low-end customer’s day in day out sales over phone. • Preparing report on the sales figures all India and involved in retention activity of customer on a large scale. • Database Management • Analyzing the customer base on their buying pattern and prioritizing of the customers • Working towards a committed target. • Report in the form of Power Point and presenting to Area Director • Attending Toll free line and solutions • Heading a complaint cell for all India. • Generate e-ticket for the complaints from channel partners • Track delivery of supplies thru channel partners. • Proactive calling customer for the supply of materials and generating e-orders. • Handled around 30 channel partners and ensured 100% customer satisfaction. • Collecting online Purchase orders and followed by executes
