Developed screen printing process for phosphor deposition on glass substrates. Designed and performed experiments to increase yield of flat panel screens. Used thin film deposition, photolithography and etching processes to prepare glass substrates for patterned phosphor deposition. Wrote detailed process specifications and procedures. Trained new operators in processes and use of equipment.
