• Handled inventory screen to know the availability of ATM supplies and proactively call customers to remind them on their next orders. • Confirm availability of ATM supplies to 300 vendors and 100,000 customers • Process supply order on endure delivery and track status on CRM application • Online order punching for ATM parts and supplies. • Generate e- ticket for return order on the supply • Credit verification for the suppliers. • Track order shipment movement. • Assist heavy inbound calls on product enquiry, complaints,& material availability enquiry. • Ensure SLA on complaints, delivery and machine down calls. • Online web call monitoring to ensure committed uptime achievement with respect to the ATM. • Co-ordination among 110 engineers on call allocation with CRM application. • Online assistance for 100,000 customers also attending heavy inbound calls and keep track through CRM application. • Produce PPT report for the banks on quarterly basis, on the performance of the ATM by meeting them personally, which is then followed by AMC collection. • Generate monthly MIS reports on bank customer data using CRM report generation. • Provide assistance and support to clients in order to maintain client satisfaction and retention. • Track complaints resolution time using CRM application and check if agreed upon SLA is met. • KPI tracking for 100 field engineers also sales KPI presentation to CEO • Participate in client team meeting and present sales data on quarterly basis. • Preparing and implementation of day-to-day Plan of Action with respect to smooth operations in the field , by allocating the calls for the engineers and avoid call escalations • To work up with the account managers all over the territory and streamline the process inflow. • To associate with the Account managers and provide data for the road show campaigns. • To manage the team members and provide inputs and value of the service provided to banks. • Handling 365 days data of 12 south based banks with respect to their service operations. • Circulate ATM performance report in the form of excel sheet to the banks on monthly basis. • Analyzing & consolidating monthly performance results and uptime figures; • Initiating and ensuring implementation of the performance improvements in the business through rigorous follow-ups with Functional Heads • Ensuring preparation of various strategies and communication for the DIRECTOR: • Acts as overall coordinator and first-line supervisor on behalf of the functional team for the entire south based banks service-related matters. • Assimilate, compile and manage accurate data • Creating communication such as PPT's, internal newsletters, service agreement documents.. • Business Development activities • Prepare score card for the engineers on their skill sets, on monthly basis • Circulate monthly performance of the territory and support center to the management. • Working closely with Director sales and service thru conference calls on new initiatives and process flow.
