Daily Duties at United States Marine Corps:

Supervise, train and develop a team of 62, including recruiters and recruiter managers. Ensure fulfillment of team member’s training and personal development goals, conducting over 650 performance evaluations and counseling cases. Assessed needs of the organization and developed management and leadership qualities on a daily basis. Provided training for over 100 team members, creating exemplary training materials, curriculum and publishing paper that addressed “hot button” issues. “Key Man” on the advisement to executive management on sales, problem solving, market analysis/share, competency assessment and development, organizational analysis, and staffing of personnel.
