Identify and maintain appropriate inventory levels using minimums and maximums for almost all materials and components required in extrusion, pre-press, printing, lamination, slitting, pouch and bag making and shipping.Initiate and execute bid processes.Source suppliers locally and internationally and negotiate lead times and pricing.Ensure timely arrival of purchases to prevent costly production delays.Analyzed stores inventory/materials required/materials on order.
