Daily Duties at Cell Works Inc:
- Perform various specialized scientific investigative procedures in support of assigned research projects including verification of experimental procedures, optimization of protocol, and troubleshooting; - Expedite technology transfer from R/D to commercial application for detection of circulating cancer cells in cancer patients (prostatic, breast, lung, colon, pancreatic, and gastric) - Cooperate with QA Director in implementation of GLP/GMP system and ensure compliance with regulations of FDA, OSHA, and CLIA; - Coolaborate with clinician and R/D director in clinical studies (including clinical tissue/slide sample handling, data analysis, paper writing and presentation; - Perform the clinical sample testing on detection and characterization of circulating tumor cells; - Oversee cell culture unit - writing up SOP and QC procedures in compliance with State Regulation; - Assist with establishing a sub-company commercial lab at oversea and train technical personals;
