- Prepare antibody-fluorescence dye conjugation under GMP for clinical studies; - Implement and validate IHC techniques for quantitatively analyzing biomarkers on cancer cells and tissue slides; - Establish Training Protocol and train new technician - Conduct Trouble-shooting; - Work collaboratively with R/D and clinical investigators for research and clinical studies; - Sever as liaison for clinical trials; - Prepare and present written or oral progress reports for clinical investigators, including assembly, organizational and preliminary analysis of data
