Daily Duties at Immucor, Inc.:
Responsible for managing contracts from execution through termination. Supervise and manage 4 personnel (2 Contract Coordinators and 2 Pricing Specialists). Develop, train and challenge team to perform at the highest level. Establish contract compliance process and procedures. Ensure all executed contracts meet company policy and SOP. Develop and maintain automated system to process contracts using Microsoft SharePoint. Used Adobe Acrobat Professional to develop standard contract agreements. Manage customers pricing using Baan ERP system. Develop and maintain metrics that would drive process improvement. Implement and maintain SOX controls and procedures
